product and service offerings. In order to support their business initiatives, they

Approach
Working in concert with the financial service provider, America OnShore (AOS) gathered high-level business and technology requirements. The outcome of these
requirements provided AOS with a baseline to recommend an acquisition approach,
buy versus build comparison, and a package implementation strategy.
These recommendations
were made based on AOS's in-depth knowledge and experiences with HR/Payroll
systems, advanced technology, payroll service bureau operations, and business and

Result
AOS successfully delivered a Findings and Recommendations report to the
financial service provider. By leveraging AOS's expertise in payroll, technology,
and business, the financial service provider reduced the time and money that would
have taken them to conduct a due diligence of available software vendors, service
bureaus, and payroll components. The result of this engagement provided our client
